anyone know how verizon does their mobile web charges? like if its off peak do you get charged? i have a feelin i’m gettin a huge bill next month.
Mobile web uses up airtime same as a phone call.

well i was reading and it said they charge by the kilobyte or some shit like that but it doesn’t say anywhere what that is? So if i used the web during my unlimited nights and weekends i should be ok?
PS, verizon ringtones suck. their programs suck ass. there are like way better sounding tones on other sites but verizon customers can’t get em.

Yeah, if its free for you to make a call, it will be free to use the mobile web. I am not sure if they have a data limit on it or not. I know their national access (fast internet on equipped phones) is all about data limit because you pay by that. Mobile web is for less enhanced phones and is pretty slow in comparison (56k speeds).
i heard sometimes they screw up the verizon to verizon calls on the bill

mine is pretty fast, faster than my home computer. its a pretty new phone , an lg vx7000. i’m probably fucked. Verizon also sucks cuase they web site always shows you last months shit, you’d think you could get some up todate info on your charges. they always get my shit wrong too, i signed up for 500 txt and 20 pics and i’m still down for 250 txt. its has me down as 2000 mob to mob when i got unlimited. Bell atlantic was > verizon wireless.
