This afternoon I noticed that I am no longer receiving any premium channels (FX, TBS, etc).
After rebooting the box a few times and being on hold for an hour, a tech informed me that the server for some areas of NY is having issues (continues to reboot). The tech told me an ETA is 10 PM… great!!!
Exactly, for someone who is going through chemo therapy and pretty much is on bed rest who finds comfort and time killing watching TV and was hoping to watch the Sabres game.
Not trying to be an asshole but this fios issue affects me greatly.
Busted my ass all day, planning to chill and watcht the game. Fuck no, someone walked by the mainframe and tripped on the power cord, yanking it out of the wall. Game will come on just as the aftershow starts.
Yea, the tech says one of the servers is bad, so 2 of your boxes are connected to a good server.

Thanks man, much appreciated … going through this is one of the worse thing I have ever experienced. It is tough to get a day of no issues between chemo days… it affects me physically and mentally.
I have no doubt it is. Lucky to have the chemo option though, some people don’t even have that. My mom was diagnosed terminal in July and died in October
Be tough, I know that the rate of survival for what you were diagnosed with is pretty high, keep your hopes up, you can do it, sabres game or no sabres game although I’m sure it would be nice to take your mind off of things
Since as of about 10/11pm last night non my channels work except for locals it says not authorized.
Can’t get live chat working says too busy. I have been dropped my support call while on hold once already. Situations like this is where I wish I still had TW since there support was quick.
