So, my phone after almost two years of being dropped/beaten is taking a shit.
Looking to do a new contract with another line anyways.
Data yada.

So. I can wait the 2 months till mine is up and get a new contract phone?

Wondering if anyone has any dealings with verizon, hooks ups on phones etc.
I went into a verizon store last week to talk about wanting to change my plan
but the guido I was dealing with kept calling me bro.
and I left.

Anyone work for verizon/know anyone decent to deal with?

You can upgrade at promotional price after 1 year (11 mos sometimes).

Only kicker is, I am looking to change up my contract too.

Try going to the store and getting what you want…the 2 year contract price on any phones you want should be easy to get. If they don’t give it to you, step aside, call the verizon 611 customer service line and explain that you want to add another line to your plan and want to change your phone at the same time. Ask to be given your new every 2 upgrade credit early. They did it for me when I wanted to add a blackberry data plan and was 2-3 months early for my upgrade credit.

however, you can upgrade after 20 months from your last subsidized phone purchase/upgrade/renewal/whatever.

you can change ur plan whenever.

I still do outside sales/training for VZW, I’m in NC for the time being though.
