wow, 5 billion dollars is going to require a lot of forced “get it now” crap, “unlimited” capped data plans, and 2 year contracts for everything to recoup…

technically the unlimited data plans are not longer capped, they just turn your connection speed down after 5gigs. either way its from people using the cards or bbc for gaming or linking it to multiple computers, its unlimited for intended use.

Didn’t a new lawsuit fix this? Arent all new phones sold after sometime this year required to not force their specific Get It Now and interface?
