Interesting. I was going to drop you a txt today in regards to the VZW data. Our multiple line plan has unlimited data from a while back, we recently added a new line that is NOT unlimited and its only the new line. Pretty lame/.
1: you didnt get the new phone through me… yet I’m the one you want to answer questions on it. weird.
2: limited data is old news. they got rid of unlimited data for new lines last year june-ish…
Just asking brother, Scammerville is a hike for me when i need something quick done on my phone plan. If my Steve Jobs phone receives newds and allows our customers to reach me via email at all sorts of inconvenient hours of the day, I don’t know anything else about it.
i hear ya on the email tip.
Do I have this right? I’m upgraded, 2nd line is upgraded (both recently, one through you, you know why not on the other… FU VZW) Both ULTD data, do I need to do anything to retain said plan? Or am I a noob fggt who can’t comprehend what’s been said.
nah ur good.
The way I see it (and im still digesting the new plans, so I might change my mind on this) the only people BENEFITING from this (besides Verizon) are those with 3+ smartphones on a 1400 min plan or higher.
(in terms of a lower overal cost. there could very well be a better overall value for other customers)
So I have had unlimited data going on 3 or so years now, I am due for an upgrade in November, what does that mean for me?
You lose it unless you buy full retail

$63/month unlimited everything, but everyone says sprint sucks, so I guess it must…
Does this apply to business plans as well?
yes and no.
small biz, yes. B2B customers with a MAA (do you get a discount? you have an MAA (99% of the time) ), no.

ding ding ding someone tell this man what hes won!!
$50 for 1GB
Guess this puts them back on par with ATT outside of coverage etc
So I’m gonna go from $30 for unlimited to $50 for 1gb?? Whaaaat theeeee fuckkkk
I love all the comments on that article. People who have no idea what this means arguing with other people who really don’t know what this means.
With that being said, I have no idea what this means to me. From the sounds of it, I don’t need it and I don’t have to take advantage of it. Maybe you can help me out jeff, since I did buy my phone from you, well kinda haha
I was just giving ian a hard time. for the most part, if you have a smartphone now, and you are just upgrading (after the 28th), not adding a line, you dont need to make more of a change than moving from unlimited to a tiered plan ($30/2GB and up)
Still have unlimited on AT&T. Boom.
Reuters,
Chicago;
AT&T announced this morning it will no longer offer umlimited data plans. This move was made in an effort to keep pace with other cutbacks by cellular service providers.
shit, im 2 months away from my upgrade. Is there any wiggle room? ive been waiting to upgrade from my shitty fascinate for almost a year now. Any posibility for an early upgrade since its so close or am i SOL? If im going to lose my unlimited data i no longer see a reason to be a verizon customer.
Some of you should probably look at your actual data usage before getting rowdy…
I thought mine was much higher and I only average 1-2gig a month and that is with a lot of travel and being tied to my phone.
