I am replacing the engine in my 1989 fairlady Z TT and am wondering if there is any differences in the engines throughout the years? I can get the engine cheap if i order it without wire harness, ecu and tranny but i also dont want to get an engine and have some of the sensors be different. I do have a vg30dett at moment so if the engine is from a different year fairlady should i be able to transfer sensors from one engine to the other or is there a code difference on the engines to tell what year it is from?
