After tuning the car my treat was Ryan sent me off to drive it for a bit. It’s an animal. I don’t know how else to describe it. There is so much grip and so much torque if they don’t break another axle this year I’d say they have a great shot at winning.
edit: I tuned it while it was white…and fast. Not the blue one they show later on in the vid from 2005.

Honestly, the price difference between the touring class and actual race class (entry fee) is so close, you might as well do it right and go racing, IMHO

Factory built and supported SRT8 no less. They did quite well, but that’s to be expected with that kind of time and money invested.
last year they used the charger. Went off the road if i recall.

You can hear the tension flaring in their voice, and that’s why codriver situations can get really ugly. Neat video though, I desperately wanna do Targa. The biggest issue right now is a car I could take up there.

not sure what ur refering to, but during the course of the race they blew a few gears, i think they finished the race with 1-4-5 still functioning.
the part in the vid where hes under the hood, 4min and 20 seconds in… Im pretty sure he was crying which is kinda gay
oh yeah. the one guy was pretty upset about the whole thing. the driver held composure(spelling?)
although in his defense, it would really suck to have an equipment failure in that situation
