Video Adapter ?

Can I place another 15pin Video adapter “Card” into my system so it may run two monitors? or can you only have one card?

I have my regular computer LCD Screen and I just got a 40" LCD TV Screen and it also accepts a PC Input.

Is this possible? If not what are my options?

No expert here, but there are a handful of guys here that run multi-screen setups.

But I think its more just needing the software to do it, I know ATI’s Catalyst crap has it in there, hopefully you know what I’m talking about there.

Anyone? Software is useless being I need two 15pin adapters in order to make this work

Wait so you want to run 2 vid cards to run dual output, am I understanding that right

Ok I re-read it. Yeah you can. That is how I (and everyone else) used to run it before cards with dual output were so common.
A few things to point out is hardware conflicts between the cards. Also your mobo needs to support the use of both video cards at the same time.

As for software, once you have both cards installed XP should automatically detect both in the display properties.

Me personally would just grab a card with dual out on it. They are extremely cheap these days and easier to use without conflict.

Theres my answer!!! However I have 1 input on the Mother board right now “Its like part of the motherboard, not a card”, But I’m sure that could be bypassed,

You can use 1 PCI card and 1 AGP card if I’m not mistaken.

So it has onboard video? Usually with adding an external card it will automatically disable your onboard. Or you can simply go into bios and disable the onboard vga.

It has 3 Video adapter inputs. Sucky part, I cant get my printer to work being it dont have the parallel port on the back, Just a USB And it says my print spooling is turned off or some crap. Plus this is Windows Vista which so far I like it, Just a Pain in the ass to find files and path’s.

Over all though I’d have to say This fucker is fast at everything, “Booting, surfing, opening files” I’d give it Two thumbs up,

is it a lexmark printer?

No its a HP Laserjet 1300

try start->run type services.msc scroll down to print spooler, right click it and hit start

I did that and I still get the error

I dont know what i did, But I had like 6 printers show up and the default one works. LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE i guess. So I guess Problem Solved, WHatever it was

EDIT: Okay I take that back, Printer Prints, But Nothing displays exept a “PCL XL error”

K, Finally Fixed. Had to delete them all and reload the driver
