eww windows movie maker sucks, tried using that and it just doesn’t have the options i need

Nero Vision works pretty well, and is inexpensive. You could probably use the demo to do what you need.
sony vegas or premier are the ones u want, i personally like premier better but its up to u. u can torrent them both
