VOIP or Time Warner

He was referencing the person on Vonages internet connection…not whatever phone line/connection you are using.

Faxing via VOIP is bad if you don’t have enough bandwidth.
If it were me I’d consider leaving the fax line copper.
But who faxes anymore anyway?

I’ve been using a service called efax for years.

It assigns me a number, and you just scan into their program, and it sends the fax through the web.

Works absolutely fine.

:word:

Trying to get faxing working over VoIP is the suck

I’m too lazy for that and my assistant isn’t the best with computers.

I do need a fax for sending and receiving things that are signed

Just called TW again and they are going to get back to me about the Voice mail.

I just want one phone number but 4 lines, but I need 4 Voice mails like box 1,2,3,4. He doesn’t know if they can do that :bloated:

Actually I just priced out our VoIP it would be less depending on how you got a connection to the internet…since your really not big enough to buy a T1.

Im pretty sure TW doesn’t do Voicemail and Auto attendant and all that functional stuff.

Going to work at the casino? :stuck_out_tongue:

TW has voicemail and works 100% with faxing, as long as your fax isn’t ancient.

You can make faxing work with most VoIP you run into issues because of shitty connections…you can have errors on voicecalls and not notice you can’t have errors on faxes.

TW’s business class digital phone will do hunt groups, and all that jazz if you need it to.
