As much as I disagree with both of those parties, I would much prefer you support them, than for us to always be in this R/D battle, where we just get screwed no matter what.
Those 2 parties have been in power for a long time. And if you really pay attention, they grow closer together each election. There are always a few issues being thrown about right before elections. But it’s pretty hard to come up with issues that Rs and Ds are always opposed to one another. They are both very inconsistent parties. There are some pro-gun Dems, there are some pro-abortion Repubs, there are plenty of Rs who support social programs, whether or not they admit it. They basically just keep themselves in power, and keep paying themselves more.
