oh definitely for sure. Maybe it will work out that his ins denies the claim, each persons ins fixes their own cars then their ins company goes after the guy.
That is what I’d hope would happen. If you have two insurance companies suing you, your going to get boned. I’d just hope that both hit cars had enough coverage. There is absolutely no need for this crap.
