Motorcycle crash victim dies from injuries

A Washington County, man died early Saturday as a result of a motorcycle crash Friday evening in Canton, Washington County.
State police said Aaron Taylor, 26, of Washington, was traveling on Armstrong Drive at a high rate of speed with only his rear wheel on the pavement when he lost control.

Taylor and his 2006 Suzuki motorcycle left the road and hit a mailbox. The cycle then hit a curb, sending it and Taylor airborne, with the motorcycle landing in a field and Taylor landing in a culvert. He was flown by medical helicopter to UPMC Presbyterian in Oakland. He died at 2:55 a.m. of blunt-force trauma.

RIP Aaron

spangler, i knew AAron, he was a cool guy, but he was hardly “experienced”. that '06 gsxr600 was his first bike ever. he’s only been riding for a few months. unfortunealy, i won’t be able to make it to the funeral.

I feel bad for his family.

funny that you say this… I saw this 2 times now@ the same place while heading to Cal…

I was glad to see How many people showed up for the funeral. I think there was 36 some bikes. He was a good dude.
