Watch Crew: What to buy?

I don’t mind that, it’s simple and looks like it glows?

How woukd you feel if I could build you one similar to the Seiko 5?

Hmmm, I’m not opposed to it, what internals/parts do you use?

I’d use a Seiko NH36A movement….which is what’s standard for that model.

On the backside of a nice Longines cleanup. Blued the screws and she’s running pretty decent. Just waiting on a new crystal…..

I think you bought that from me.

I used to wear a Seiko 5 as my travel watch. I haven’t worn a watch since COVID. Maybe one day I will put them back on or sell them.

Someone’s dad on here fixed this watch a few years ago when the spring broke. Never sold this one. Sounds like a diesel engine when it is ticking. Not even sure what it is worth now.

Friend of mine was asking me about this one. The inconsistencies are just the beginning. Looks like they weren’t even trying….

Pretty sure I did buy at least one from you. Which one was it?

I have a marriage watch as well (LeCoultre) and yes, you definitely know when it’s running. So does everyone else.
