i let the wife do about $12k in work to the house so i am playing catch up for a while.
i did just let a fortis stratoliner go on ebay… it went for $900, but it had no paper work or box or anything and showed heavy use… i’d rather pay more for something with documentation so that it retains some resale value.

Overstock is a legit site, but I think you wouldn’t get a warranty since they likely are not an AD.
Yeah I got my Oris on overstock and had it checked out by a dealer and he said I was good to go. It was on sale and after bing cashback, which was 8% at the time, I told him what I paid and he said he could not even come close.
Breitling scared me because they throw a number out there that 99% are fakes on the internet.
