That’s exactly where I stood, my bill was estimated for a few months and they said it was catching up for the underpaid actuals. I tried fighting the bill but when it came down to it, the only true option is going to the news…flame on, but the ECWA won’t do shit for you. Unless can actually prove the meter is faulty you have nothing. And the A+ rep told me “its like a car sir, if the car doesn’t leave the driveway the meter won’t run so there must be a leak its not our meter that’s broken”
