Klocs is really nice but a little pricey I’m not sure your price range but worth looking into. Have you got a time period in mind? Summer? Fall?
Becker Farms… we had an awesome country style wedding, but they can make it as elegant as you want it. It’s outdoors as well.
Becker Farms is pretty sweet. They have great beer too.
I got married at Kloc’s. Definitely a top notch organization over there. They know how to do weddings.
Venue and food is fantastic!
Mine was just this past summer at Harry’s on the river. Everything went great and the scenery was awesome.
I got married at Glen Oak in Amherst 3.5 years ago. Can’t say enough about it. It was great. Take a look at it online, if it looks like the kind of setting you might want go see the place and have a tasting. (The food was really really good.)

Congrats! I’m in the middle of helping my sister plan her wedding, I’m the maid of honor, we already have it booked at holiday valley in the yodeler lodge and rooms booked, it has been pretty easy and stress free so far, just waiting for her fiancé to get home from Afghanistan to plan the rest, so excited!
I also got married at Glen Oak and was very happy with everything, including the pricing.
We went with Pearl St. after much debating. We didn’t want the banquet hall atmosphere like Klocs and since it was Late fall we avoided the Country Club. Pearl has a real nice classical feel and the staff is amazing. Almost everyone that was at my wedding say that it was one of the best times they have ever had at a wedding.
Buffalo Convention Center here. Food and decor was amazing. a lil pricey tho but worth it.
You need to set a budget first. Then add 25% to that number. Then you can start looking at your options.
Havent had my own wedding thank god but been to a couple recently. One was at Classics V and the other Samuels Grand Manor just to give you more options.
I went/DJ’d/Performed at a wedding at Samuel’s. Not sure on the price but the dinner was buffet style and the food was excellent.
I had mine at kotecki’s, the people at klocs were dicks and rude so I said fuck them and went down the street. Got all the top stuff including beer and alcohol, and had a blast. Saved a little but not much over Kloc’s, I didnt care i was just mad at the way I was treated.
Weird. They bent over backwards for us. Went out of their way to make sure everything went as it should.
I went to a wedding at pearl street and it was fantastic! I was really suprised but I love the look and feel of the upstairs halls.

I did the pictures for a wedding for my wife’s coworker there and it was actually very nice. Food and drink is top notch.
Side note for OP. My wife is a wedding planner on the side. Great gift to give your fiancee so she doesn’t have to worry about ANYTHING the day of the wedding.
Been to a couple recently at Templeton Landing. The one had a nice drink reception outside while we waited for the wedding party and a nice reception inside after. Nice views since it is on the water, just tough for people to find it if they don’t know their way around Buffalo.
Also the Timberlodge in Clarence was a cool laid back place with a great patio.

thanks for all the ideas and comments. my brother is getting married at klocks and they have been both good and bad with everything so were kinda avoiding them. ive been hinting at koteckis cause i played a private party there and they treated everyone like gold.
has anyone been to any recpetions at holiday valley? its very beautiful there but they havent replied to my email for the past two days.
