I usually buy protein from BJ’s, but I do not have access to a card for the time being. All of the big places like VS and GNC are a ripoff, so I’m wondering where do you guys buy protein? I’m from Syracuse and we have a place called the Vitamin Warehouse. It’s not a mainstream store and sketchy as hell, but the prices are pretty damn good. Is there anything like this in Buffalo? And if you buy online, please share. I’m sick of seeing places that want to charge $15 for shipping
i’ve been getting mine from GNC they seem to have the lowest price from what i have found. i’m talking local stores not the interwebz.
If you have a gnc card and you go in the first week of the month you get 20% off. Thats the only time gnc is a good idea. Other than that i use anabolicminds.com’s supplement site nutraplanet.com
I have a Sams card and they have EAS® 100% Whey Protein 5lb. bags for $27 , seem pretty cheap to me, I was gonna buy some.

Sam’s Club/BJ’s seem to have a hell of a deal- but I don’t have membership there.
I use the GNC first of the month discount. ~ $40 for 3lbs. of the higher grade stuff is good. I want the fastest working stuff and take it right after my workout. If I was just trying to get more protein in my diet I’d go cheaper or go back to eating a 6 egg-white omelet ever morning.

I would never buy anything at GNC, even with the discount their prices are usually way high.
