Jumped on this bandwagon a couple weeks ago, down ~15lbs and dropping more every day. After eating like I was trying to kill myself on vacation I figured it was a good time to start, clothes are starting to fit better again and shit. Gonna go HAM til 220 or so.
I’m down 4 lbs in 2 weeks not doing much but walking a mile or two at work every day, eating better (less calories per day using MyFitnessPal app) and cutting out things like bacon, mayo, and cheese on my sandwiches, etc.
i’ve lost 10 lbs and made $100 off of visalus in the past 2 weeks… trying to get to the point my parents are at- 75 lbs combined weight loss and over $2k/month income and a free bmw
i would never loose any weight, a couple pounds for a couple months would jus tpiss me off
I have been maintaining same weight , but I’m seeing muscle gain !!! I can see the upper portion of my abs again Auchan I am psyched to see lol esp as all I saw was a keg for a while lol .
Im staying around 211 for now it seems but Ive lost some stomach fat so thats a good thing to me.
It’s been 5 or 6 years since I’ve been able to have a shirt drenching 45 minute basketball workout.
I’m down 8 pounds (from 210 to 202) in the last 3-4 weeks after upping my exercise and cutting out bacon, mayo, and cheese from most of my diet. That’s all I’ve really changed. Oh, and portion control.
My back is feeling better, I’m able to do more (like walk a mile with no back pain and play ball for 30+ minutes without back pain).
