Do we have anyone on this forum that can weld cast iron?
Idk what is going on with this engine block, but two of the alignment dowels have been sheared off and attempted to be fixed. I want the holes welded shut and ground flat so I can re-drill the dowel pin holes with a drill press.
Try metal locking service. I am pretty sure they can repair it.

Do yourself a favor and get it magnafluxed first. Check for cracks! What if they dropped this block?
