no hes worried about it, but its because hes ignorant and thinks E10 with his APR chip is gonna destroy his car, when nick is running a S3 + 50shot and race gas… the A6 is dooooooooomed.
the 2.7t is a closed deck iron block, with forged crank, and forged Mahle pistons from the factory. the weakest link on the S4 is the rods, just like the 1.8t, but since they displace more it takes less abuse to make the power. alot of the big names in S4 are using OEM rods still though
