Went out for a bag of milk.....

Such a beautiful car with such beautiful wheels.

such a post whore!!! IHISM

they look great! Can’t wait to see that thing in action this year!

like 3 foot lol

Looks good, I had no idea foxbodies could fit 315’s in the rear.

Sooooo you plan to hook this season.

Yes, and guess whos car its goin in to.+1:nono:

Theres no mistaking, from behind you KNOW this bish means business!! I now know i need to join the 315 club!

excellent jesse!!! welcome to the 3-1-5 club :stuck_out_tongue:

315 geeze

Nice wheels, how much did they put you back?

old school chrome saleens for the MF win :tspry:

.

I hate you jesse! I cant really get a good look at the new rims but im sure they look great in person… I’ll have to stop by sometime and check em out

Nice wheels, but man I don’t know how you’re not going to rub those tires on the fender lip. I’ve ran some 275’s that stuck out like those and I couldn’t get out of the driveway without rubbing. Had nearly the same amount of bulge to them…I have pictures at work I think.

Another thing, a 315 on that width of wheel isn’t really maximizing it’s size. I’d be willing to bet a 275 would put down nearly the same contact patch on the same wheel.

Not trying to diss what you’ve done…just curious to hear how it behaves once you hit the streets:)

I was going to say the same thing. Will they tuck in or touch? Sometimes a wheel looks like it will hit and it tucks. I have cut up tires good on outter fenders tho when even then they tucked in but if you goosed it on a turn they would cut into the tire. Lookswise - Ballin’

doesnt your car have to be fast to need wheels that wide? haha

very few foxes run 315’s, as they don’t naturally fit, any inner fender modding?

I really like it, probably looks very mean from behind, my 98 has 315 30 18 corsa’s for this summer, mostly for handling tho.

I’ve always been envious of cars with wheels that are wider then my entire civic

I have the new 331 stroker kit at the shop being built now, shouldn’t be too much longer, so there’s no motor in the car(well no block anyways).

And as far as the rubbing issues, I did a little fender work to be on the safe side. My inner fenders are banged in pretty good, and I have about an inch and a half clearance inside there, the outer fender is rolled so I have zero issues with cutting the tire. The car is actually sitting alot lower than it normally does because I have my upper motor in the trunk (heads, supercharger, intake manifold, alternator, valve covers, etc) Me and TurboLs1 actually jumped up and down in the back of the car with all that shit in there, and it only went down a half an inch or so more, and no tire touching anywhere, so I think I’ll be alright.

Lxtasy: I had the exact same concerns you have, so I actually talked to the wheel designer. He told me his sole purpose for building this wheel 10" wide instead of 11" was so that 315’s will fit on a fox, and that’s why he did the offsets on the rears the way he did as 11" wide wheels don’t fit. He also assured me that the wheels outer lip is actually contoured out to fit a 315. The inner lip is normal so that the wheel has no issues rubbing the inside fender, and also to make it easier to mount the tires on the rim from the backside. I’ve done my homework on this one before I made my purchase.

After the whole thing was said and done I spent about $1800.00 for the wheels and tires.

Damm those look Hott as hell.
Nice choice.

A man that knows Fox body Saleens will ALWAYS have a place in my heart.
