Does it matter that I care about people’s opinions? I know there are a lot of domestic guys and some euro guys on here. I value people’s opinions rather than not giving a fuck and theres some weight to that. I also respected your integra. Never met you personally but I’ve seen pics and videos of it. I just wonder why you hate on hondas when you owned one about a year ago.
I ran that car spring/summer of 2010(almost 2 years ago) and realized what a retard I was for trying to make it faster than a mid-low 11 second car which it was consistently. It’s not like how it used to be when 12-13 second cars were considered “fast”. I don’t hate on hondas in general because I would hands down own a S2k as so would LZ and he’s a V8 chooch. FWD is just the wrong way to go and a waste of time and money in my eyes as it is to a lot of people on here.

i’ve never liked honda cars. however zion’s accord is pretty neat looking.
the only hondas i ever have and ever will own are honda small engines (atv’s, lawnmower, pressure washer, etc.)
Also as offspring said, Hondas are cool if you’re pretty fly for a white guy.

big e and myself dominated h stock in a stock '03 Si with no lsd, minivan tires, broken motor mounts, and worn cams. we were also only a few seconds off cars that had 3 times the power/suspension.
cool in that sense, imo.
The level of “cool” for cars depends on 3 things:
- How much money you have
- How old you are
- Who you hang out with / group-think factor
My only hate for the big power Civic builds was how useless a vehicle they ended up creating. It couldn’t launch, torque steered at the slightest touch of throttle and was pretty much only good doing 50 to ??? pulls out on the highway. And then these kids would go out and be faster than a stock Vette in the one thing their car was still capable of doing and think their car was the best in the world.
I can see why they were popular with younger kids though because they were cheap to own, build and repair. A decent RWD or AWD platform was a lot more money to get into, a lot more money to build and a whole lot more money when you broke something.
I grew up from my honda hatchback and bought an Acura TL. Get’s good mpg, is a blast to drive and it is loaded with options.

Agree with this as well to an extent. I have a ton of car friends who are into many different things ie: Fbod guy with mullets , Gay Euro fags and their skinny jeans, Lame Hondas fwd fail, DSM junk, etc etc but will never let that be the reason for me to buy a car. If anything it should help to see all their fuck ups and not to follow.
ANY car can be a bucket of fail in the wrong hands…

Hondas are marginally cool if it’s built right and a bucket of fail when built wrong.
