HERE IS WHAT I EAT ALL DAY
6:30- big bowl of cereal of choice with 2% milk and a large cup of juice
7:00- 2 scoops of pro with table spoon of evoo
9:00- 9oz cooked plain chicken, 1 cut dry whole oats with water
12:00- same as 9
2:00- 1.5 scoops pro with 1/2 cup chopped almonds
3:00- 1 med to large apple
4:00- 1.5 scoops with pre workout
workout- bcaa’s during workout
6:00- post workout (2scoops pro with post formula)
7:30- 8-10oz steak with veggies and rice
10-11:00- 7oz steak with mayo and bread. like a steak sandwhich.
