ideally id like to get to about 205lbs from where im at but not looking like im carrying a goodyear around my waist…

I know I’ve always been big tho my 9th grade “Physical” i weight in at 212.

I just cant shed the weight. i need someone on my ass to help me do it. Im seriously thinking about hiring a trainer

but srs i train adam now. he has gotten strong and had a few compliments from others saying how jacked and tan he is looking. hahaha

listen to me, loseing fat is a long term goal. its mostly about what you are taking in, not how u are training. but couple them together and u will have a head start on loseing that fat.

I can back it up, no problem. People with extreme medical problems may be an exception, but I’m not sure.

take someone like STI travis. if he cant gain weight, this is because his metabolism is wicked high. now the hard part here is determining his maintenance cals.

well you cant just make a bold statement like that without including the other normal people who do have very common medical problems. such as thyroid.

No controversy at ALL. If Failvis eats more than his maintenance calories he WILL GAIN WEIGHT. I’m not saying that everyones maintenance calories are the same, that’d be a foolish statement.

Agreed, and both you and I could help him make adjustments to gain weight. I’m sure that you’d agree that he would have to track his weight at least weekly.

2 mcdoubles
1 mcchicken
4 chicken mcnuggets w/ sweet and sour sauce
2 hot apple pies
4 12oz cans of pepsi

snacks:
2 homemade chocolate chip cookies here at work.

will update dinner when i get home.
