I paid $50 second hand for my Autometer Phantom 52mm gauge.
Unfortunately it’s just sitting around picking up dust because I have no
turbo to use it on. :hsugh:
The great thing about boost gauges is if you’re cheap, you can still get a pretty darn accurate mechanical gauge without having to go to electronic.
I’m running Megan Racing gauges and they’re beauties.
They look like defi’s with the tinted face. And people can’t look into your window when you’re parked and see what kinda gauges they are, alerting them to the fact that you’ve done engine work. When the car is off, the gauges are PITCH BLACK.
i think these are along the best ones you can get… the Autometer Nexus gauges.
“The Autometer Boost/Vacuum Gauge reads from 30 In. HG/30 PSI. And Includes MAP Sensor. It displays in Seven Color LED Lighting. Requires purchase of control module.” http://www.rallysportdirect.com/shop/product_info.php/products_id/1366
i like how they are led so its all black when not powered on.
Do the megan racing gauges, they look sweet at night, day visibility is aiight. Nothing too special, but for the money they look the nicest. Otherwise drop like 150usd and do it up with Blitz…mmmm sexeh…
