what cars compare to 335i

330hp? Good price point?

It’s not a POS Audi?

I still think 335 > G37 > G8

However I was just listing an alternative to a 335

I don’t see what’s NOT good about it. I haven’t driven one, but I’ve extensively driven a G35 coupe and I consider that to be a great car (as a luxury sport DD). IMO it is definitely worth a test drive and consideration.

It’s hard to compare the two in regards to the interior feel, fit, and finish. The use of far superior materials in the modern BMWs and Audis are what really makes them stand appart. Add that to the great responce the car has to your inputs (steering, braking, shifting, ect.) and you can see the diference.

Even in the last few years it’s been much better. Compare a 2005.5-2008 model year A4 to a 2010 and the 10s are a huge improvement. If you haven’t driven the new cars it’s hard to compare.

X…

G35/G37 Sedan or Coupe (get a 6MT version obviously unless you don’t mind there auto with AWD)

A bit bigger but a CPO Lincoln MKS Ecoboost could be had for 30ish, the interior isn’t as cheap feeling as a Taurus SHO can be.

G8 GXP if you could find one, they are hard to find and carry a premium.

I disagree with you on the fit and finish, I think the Infiniti (save for the retarded clock) feels newer and nicer, especially the ones with the Rosewood trim they where using. BMW has always destroyed any car for me in terms of handling, steering or braking.

Like I said, I’ve not driven the g37, or really even seen the interior for myself. Same goes with the Audi. I’ve been in and drove several 2011/2012 BMWs, but not a 3-series. I really liked the bmw’s I drove, but I wouldn’t buy one without at least test driving other cars in the class.

Driving tomorrow to look at an 07 with 41k on it

Every person I’ve met agrees with me that a g37 doesn’t really compare to a 335i once you start Modding, or even stock to stock
