Kind of hard (read: impossible) to answer without knowing the width.
The stock S13 wheels are 6.5" wide and +40-something iirc.
Accords’s use a 42+ Offset 
WRXs have 40+ offsets.
Sorry the dimensions of the wheels are
215/17/40 front +47
235/17/40 rears +42
17x7 17x8

when looking at wheel to buy , how do you determine if it a rwd or fwd wheel ? is it the offset or overall wheel design ?
