im sure. its got gear based BC, so id imagine it can FFS. the FFS didnt cause it to strip the gear. its the fact that 4th hooks and the rest of the gears dont. its the way of the world with honda transmissions. his has seen alot of slick passes and highway pulls… its the nature of a high HP honda on a stock gearset

Wouldn’t ffs cause no strain on the trans between shifts because there would be no torque going through the gears?

I know there is a patch for opensource tuning on subarus that cuts ignition during ffs.

I lift every shift on my car…have yet to no lift shift it…its just not worth it.

i no lift shifted by accident a couple months ago and it shifted that much smoother so i continue to do it. trans is 100% minty

when i miss a shift its usually due to lifting haha

Yes s300 has that option. It goes by the clutch switch which I now have jumped so I don’t have to push the twin disc in when I start the car, so I can’t use it. Beside who wants to cut the power anyway lol, in the world of bigger turbos spool time sucksss so just stay in it, only going to be the 5th tranny…I will literally never learn, and I’ve just accepted that trans swaps go with oil changes

time for a strain gauge, s300 has that feature built in too.

those gears look familiar. except mine were more teethless lol

that shows that your gear stripped due to weakness, mine stripped due to the main shaft and counter shaft seperating causing the gears to pull apart from eachother then strip
