Took the hatch for a ride, put air in the tires, threw crap in storage. Looked at my Z. Just looked at it.
washed the truck, the proceeded to scrap the old undercoating off where it was peeling and re-applied it where it was needed looks much better!
all red looks way better then stock or smoked!!! :thumbup

yea im probably going to cut out the revers lights, just waiting for the glue to set on the backs so it doesnt shift around when im cutting

Oil & filter change; cleaned the undercarriage with a sprinkler. She’s good to go for another 7500 miles.
some cosmetic stuff. as some of you know I had a guy back into me last fall, breaking my grille, bending the hood and denting the fender. all very minor but still needed to be fixed. I got a red fender and hood off a red parts car.

new fender and crack free grille(no more zip ties!)
being original VW paint its was heavily oxidized.
I still have to buff the rest of the car but i hit the new parts quick.
