Put a new pass side wheel bearing in the truck. Found both CV outer boots are torn. Back apart soon to fix those…
Its out of powertrain warranty?
Nope, still covered. Just bought it before I checked. I’m good until August, but it has a leveling kit and 33s on it, which voids the warranty… Rather fix it myself instead of the dealer anyway. Never had luck with any good ones so far.
Ya unfortunately I’m sure they wouldn’t cover the hub with larger than stock tires on it. Probably the same deal on the CV boots, but you might be surprised.

put that bitch on the lift and cleaned the shit out of the underside. Polished the lips and inner barrels of the wheels too. Now I just need some nice weather to romp the balls off of it.

finally got my v1 updated (bought from dom, who bought from stallmer, who bought from frank :lol so it was 10 years old)
and mounted with the hardwire kit (cable runs up with the mirror wires and under the headliner then down the A pillar)
Took it to the local Girl Scout fundraiser car wash. Only dropped the sponge half a dozen times. It’s ok I watched em brush it off. :rofl
