My concerns arent the money. And ive thought about starting small, and then going big later also. But I have to live in it and i need space and room. I dont like small/low celings, i feel like there closing in on me.lol
My mother has a house from the 1800’s and its a MESS. Wiring is a mess and outdated, not one single floor/wall is straight, etc. I guess i just fell in love with the remodling on the inside. I realy like the hardwood floors and the spaciousness of the house. I like how it opens up when you walk in do to the high celings and what not.
But now location has me concerned since its on such a busy street, and i think i might have to get into contact with a realter to help me find what im looking for.
I just cant stand the fact that im paying 800+utilities and haveing nothing to show for it.
Ive already wasted too much of my time/money and im not getting any younger.
