Oh, and if you need a good home inspector call Steve Nola of Ameraspec. My lawyer recommended him to me and I went with him. A year and a half later I’ve torn into just about every corner of my house. I have yet to find anything that he wasn’t spot on with during his inpection. Nothing he missed, nothing that was incorrect.
He’s inspected a few homes on my recommendation for family/friends. Again, top quality and accuracy.
