I feel your pain…house looks nice though. Theres something about old houses that I feel in some cases they are constructed better with better materials as someone said. I have been in a lot of new houses while they are being built. I see problems from the get go and doesnt look like quality materials either. Maybe because alot of houses are being built by a bunch of pill poppers and stoners these days.
