Is it me, or does it seem like everyone in eastern europe has a car cam? Probably for good reason too from some of these crazy vids…
We’ve talked about this before. It’s a combination of insurance scams, police corruption and just generally terrible drivers.
I think my favorite was the guy in the crosswalk who walked up to the stopped car and basically threw himself on the hood pretending he was hit. The driver got out, pointed at the dash cam, and the guy made a miracle recovery and ran away.
