That’s fine, there are tons of 800+ HP cars all over the internet. I’ve read about tons of huge power “gonnas” on nyspeed, and don’t think I’ve SEEN more than 1 or 2.
By no means am I saying it’s impossible or even unreasonable, but it’s certainly unlikely.
GT500, I’ll give you one dime for every horsepower you make, so long as the number is 800WHP or higher.
That seems like a fair potential dollar amount for an internet bet.
At least make it a dollar/hp. A dime makes it seem like his claims aren’t out of reach at all, since $80 won’t even cover the dyno…
And 08GT500… make sure you hop on a dynojet like the rest of the dyno queens…

My point is that you jumped on his balls about “making claims” when in fact all he said was that he was “aiming for 800hp”.
I’m aiming for 500000hp. I am in no way claiming that I will get there or that I have the parts in my hand or that I even have the drive to do anything like that, but it certainly is not a claim that it will happen. Had he claimed anything you would have a valid point. But, since you’re just being a dick about it…
So, put up or shut up. You want to throw money at him for “aiming for 800” then put up real money… or go back to whatever awesome amazing thing you were doing before you started throwing dimes around in this thread.

why is it so amazing that this guy made 1100whp on an iron block? now if it was stock pistons and rods then sure, thats impressive. but the motor is built with oliver rods/wiseco pistons and has 3 friggin power adders. Isnt this common ground? the ET and mph are impressinve by all means, but not realy for a car making 1100whp. However i do understand how much work and effort it takes to get a manual trans car down the track.
