thinkin of starting a new motor for my nova…this time a big block. Im pretty sure i know what bottom end setup i want (pretty sure), and wondering about heads.
I’d like to go aluminum, but it would have to be really worth while. Also, it would just take longer to gather the money…just lookin for opinions.
btw…this is probably going to be a 468ci. motor.

what did barry(general g) have on his 9 sec nova?
My Nova went mid 10’s with ported LS-7 heads.

My Blue Camaro had Dart 320’s, it went in the 9’s, with a little help from a big blue bottle.

Same heads here and i’m in the 10.20’s and lookin to go quicker.
seems like a good prices… I want a set of Brodix heads bad, but dont got nearly the green for that!
I’ve always had good luck with brodix… 2 sets of small block aluminum -10 heads …one ported, one stock and they flowed really well.
