What in the tarnation?

Alright, so today I FINALLY went to court against the guy who rear ended me over the summer and totaled my car. Since the accident happened in S. Buffalo, it was Buffalo courts.

He got two tickets: Following too closely, and Leaving the scene of an accident.

The reason it took this long for the court dates is because he rescheduled 2 times. Today… HE DIDN’T SHOW UP. I was told you’re only allowed to reschedule 2 times, unless it’s an absolute emergency.

What does this mean? Will he have a warrant for his arrest? Do his tickets automatically become guilty?

ask the judge, your lawyer or attorney FRY

stand-by for the great and allmighty fry to speak

no lawyer. couldn’t ask the judge.

Does it really matter what happens to him? I mean, he got charged with them, that’s really all that you can make sure that happens. Maybe he gets a good lawyer and they get reduced to parking tickets… who cares.

Fry Birdman: Attorney at law :stuck_out_tongue:

leaving the scene is a big deal. what will happend now they will issue a warrent for his arrest due to leaving the scene is a misdemenor. he will prollly turn himself in. then they book him release him on bail and he shows up to court the day it happens. none of this is really your problem there for you should not be involved unless you were supenad by the court

SUPER NADS!!

subpoenaed ? lol

if it makes you feel better i spent like a minute and the spelling would not come to me

DOESNT make me feel any better… but thanks for acknowledging my effort… xo

If leaving the scene is a Misdemeanor which I think it is then they will issue a warrant.

If it’s anything like my sisters experiences in bullshit Buffalo court, absolutely nothing will happen to him until he finally decides to show up.

you have herpes so you can be mad all you want.
