What kind of oil - Skyline RB20

I need to make an oil change on my 89 Skyline RB20 - It’s my new car…I know I have to put CPH3682 frame oil filter…

What kind of oil I have to put in it…he have 140 000 km…What are you recommend to me…Syntec…racing oil…Kendall…

Need fast help plz…

I would say put in a good syntec like red line. I use syntec in my RB20 motor, and I just like syntec oil. Also I use a 10w30.
