You’re an idiot.
I never thought rattle snakes were around WNY but i guess i was wrong, unless it was one of those fake rattle snakes that pose as one.
isnt rattlesnake hill in lockport named for rattlers?
The pictures are kind of dark but it looks like this.
Prairie Kingsnake
Non-Venomous
Average Size: 3 to 5 feet
Or maybe this:
Desert King Snake
Non-Venomous
Average Size: 36 to 45 inches
red touches black, friend of jack. red touches yellow, kill a fellow. me and some friends went on a walk through the everglades once. saw eleventy billion snakes. my buddy went on his blackberry and looked that up just in case.
The Blue Racer
When annoyed by a person it becomes very aggressive and strikes out at its tormentor. And its bite can be rather painful. A threatened Blue Racer often will vibrate its tail rapidly, making a buzzing sound that can be mistaken for a rattlesnake.
some kind of rat or king snake. Pretty big one too but then again it is wild. Where was this pic taken? I used to have corn snake (same thing as king or rat snake). They dont get that big and they are hard to hold kuz they wanna move all the time. I can set my ball python on my bed and he will sit there forever. much more chill
That is NOT a rat snake, for sure.
ugh… In houston my uncle would get copperheads under his porch all the time…
what a pain in the ass they are … we would grab a few sticks and fling them over the fence all the time so they didn’t bite the dogs lol… They get pissed quick…
I think the only thing I’m afraid of… that I’ll realistically encounter is:
well and the guy with no shirt on… he is pretty scary too
another image
when you try to hold that fucking thing all its doing is twisting and turning trying to bite you … not fun…
I wouldn’t want to fuck with any copperheads on a regular basis. That would SUCK.
Although, they are not really an overly aggresive snake. A friend of mine was walking his dog in a wooded park last summer. There was a copperhead on the side of the trail coiled up soaking up some sun. His dog ran right over/past it and it never even moved. The dude didn’t even seen it until after his dog went right over it. He was just chillin out in the sun.
Probably a cold night, and its trying to get some heat into it. so it can start its day off. I wouldn’t be surprised if its body temp was sub 50 degrees and really just couldn’t move well enough to strike.
hmm, could have been late afternoon(parks close at night though), but even in the summers here we stay over 80* at night. Your’re right though, they come out of the woods to soak up heat, so he could have been a little under the weather.
ROTFL, this was just on
what a bad movie
Oh i was assuming texas… texas gets cold at night lol (well everywhere in texas other than houston lol)
Yeah snakes as pets are wack. My fish are smarter than a stupid snake. And I would not want to end up in the coils of an allegedly chill 12 foot python I’m sorry
Der snakes out der dis beeg?!
