we already established that the buyer did look Over the car and still bought it as per his Own statement in my For sale Ad. and we know that now he is unsatisfied … but on a realer not the car was sold like 2-3 months ago , that was more than enought time to look over the car why would he wait until now and say what was wrong with it , would he not have fallen through the floor if he drove it home? lol
that proves my point when i sold the car the Holes in the floor were not there . there may have been rust but once you kick through it , the pics that he took is the result…
even if he Towed the car away , did he not bother to look under the car when it was up on the trailer or dolly? …?
if he did he only decided to point it out now .
ALL of you need to stay on topic and Give him suggestions on what to do with the underbody {Ie. take it to a Metal shop and spend about $500 to get it fixed}

if you feel the seller knew what he was getting into, which youve proved, and your fine admitting you have bad morals, as per above, then theres nothing more to say

I almost fell into the same situation, I bought a car, but i didnt sign the ownership right away. I inspected it later, and it was a p.o.s. Legally it is still the sellers car until I sign the ownership and transfered it into my name. I got my money back.

I dind’t complain about it because I bought it from someone who’s not in the forums… and besides… 500 bucks for that is nothing to me.
