Let this be a lesson to anybody thinking of buying a car off of nelly in the future. The last two people who have a bought a 240 off of him have come on here and asked for our advise on what they should do with the car because it was a complete pos.
The last one was passed around, parted then sent to the junkyard. Sorry to say man, but I think thats your best choice with this one, part it then put it out of its misery. All that rust is not curable.

yea it was a naive of me
but i did look over the car. I had seen the frame, a frame rail was provided, I can weld, so that explained my thinking at the time.
from underneath, floor looked ok. checked the trunk, hatch, passenger side.
what I could not see was wiring, engine work, rust behind dash, rust under the soundeadening on the floor,
the door locks
little things, cut corners that i notice after working in it.
Also I now notice front-end damage from low speed collision.
also I guess I just believed he was straight up about problems

yeah, I would try and get my money back , this guy seems so shady. Anyways even with a frame rail theres lots of work to be done around it. The floors dead.

that thing is a rust bucket get rid of it it has no leg to stand on, take it out to the pasture and shoot it. Part out whatever you can out of it and get yourself a new car, sorry to hear about getting ripped off.

Bahahaha… This is why it’s bad how much people hide shit on SON. Like we all know this guy’s cars are hack, but there’s no big warning sign to save n00bs from buying them. There’s so much shit on SON that is common knowledge that we don’t bother making warnings about, and newbies keep getting fucked. I know b/c I got fucked when I was new, and so has pretty much everyone I know. We gotta make a bigger deal about ripping people off. There are people on here that scam, and steal parts, and do all sorts of shady shit, and we ALL know it, but we don’t make it public. This has gotta change…
he did buy teh car As-is off my brother, And i dont think the car was invloved in a low speed Accident when we got it it was completley stock , the car was sold for $1900 , and my brother got a Deal on it he painted a guys Talon red, and he gave him the car with some money on top. and I never personally look at the floor but i know there wasn’t holes in it.
and the Last two people who bought cars from me never inspected it.
My orange S13 was sold for $800 the price of a running parts car
