My dad (Pete_240 - new member now) and I just recently looked at a 1993 240sx SE 5 speed hatchback with 30,000km. The car turned out to be in amazing condition. The original owner unfortunately had a stroke 3 years ago and has not been able to drive it since. He never winter drove the car since he bought it. The car still has the original factory tires and brakes on it. There are a couple small dents one on the door and one on the pass quarter. The rear bumper also has some minor scratches. There is no rust on this car other than the exhaust piping. The thing that amazes me the most is that the rustproofing is still clean and transparent. The car is filthy on the outside so with a good wash and wax and getting the dents pulled this car will look like new again! Heres some pictures:
Where she sat the last few years
One of the small dents on the driver side door
Few inside
OEM sunroof bag
Untouched spare tire
Very dusty
Right rear quarter some dirt spots (not chipped paint like it looks like)
Thats weird as hell, i just checked the closer picture with no flash and it actually reads 240.0, no reflection messin with that!
And fobwall, im 99% sure this car will be staying original and if i have any say it in i want to use all Nissan parts (battery brake pads rotors fluids etc.)
^No offense, but only homos flip cars. Either buy it for yourself and keep it, or let someone else get it. I’ve always found the process of profiting from one’s fellow car enthusiast to be absolutely disgusting.
