Ok, so I went out to look at this car tonight, drove it around for a bit, and ended up bringing it home for the night. Payments are around the same as my mustang, maybe alittle less. A gts brand new in 2005 was priced over 25k (if I remember correctly). This has 6,100 miles on it, carfax is clean. It has a new radio (I think its an XM satellite is what it said when the front plate was flipped down). Front wheel drive (which is big in my case of not driving RWD in the winter). I used to own a 2003 eclipse gs, traded it in because i was on crack that day (not really, but you know…I have blonde sucker written on my forehead). Point is I know how much I miss my eclipse. Their price is 18,900 and KBB prices that car for dealer sale at 23,150. Horsepower is the same as my car and drives alot smoother and doesnt feel like its going to fall apart when I hit a bump. Only issues I saw with the car is the front end underneath is scraped and on the back bumber theres a small dent where it looks like they backed into something. The dealership gave me a card on who to fix it at a supposed good price, and gave me an extra $200 for repairs. (They dont do repairs at their lot) I dont care whether you like the car or not, what I care about is your opinions as to what you would do, if you found a car you loved at the same price as what you pay now. I drive from West Mifflin to Canonsburg everyday for work, and winter wont be fun being its all backroads. My car needs new tires now and also whatever it is wrong with it fixed w/o warranty. This one has the 5yr/60k miles and 10yr/100,000 mile warranty. I have to take it back in the morning, so if you have any thoughts…please let me know. Thank you!
If its something you like and afford, then go for it. It’s not my cup of tea, but it’s nice for what it is.
i’d say go for it what you got to loose?
hold back some money for some winter tires. those tires… if they are Z rated will get you .25 miles in the snow in the s.hills.
go get it. its almost as much a chicks car as a stang.
hp is not the same
no way you should get rid of the stang
Sell your car and buy it
Buy a decent beater if your looking for a winter ride and leave comprehensive on the stang
you’re right, LOL…ive looked at so much shit i didnt know wtf i was talking about. i could have sworn it was around 250, but now that i think of it, that was the pontiac G6 GTP???
theres a 90’s dodge dakota on the side of campbells run road for $$
350
the o7 mitsu is 260hp
i didnt look at 07. i dont like em. if i could find a friggin 99 gst with low low miles id be the happiest girl in the world
junk,but nice warrantys…wonder y?
yeah get one of those
LOL at my rate, i wont have it when it gets out of warranty anyways.
on another note, there is a 2003 gts on autotrader also with 50,000 miles and the price is $18,350. im really trying to do my homework this time. i dont feel that I got ripped off on my mustang, and I dont want ripped off on this one. Thanks for all your opinions!
whats your vert worth? 13/14 K?
Is that still the factory plastic on the floor?
The price seems decent, 6100 miles aint shit… if you like it, get it…
they offered me 14,700 for it. i owe 16,400 on it. so 1700 difference.
the car was originally from new mexico, just got traded in 2 weeks ago, the guy bought a brand new beamer. so, its never been in the snow. other than the scraping mishap (which ill probably do worse to it being that my car isnt very low to the ground) theres not another mark on it. not even rock chips.
i think im gonna go for it. anyone wanna buy a 03 gt mustang? lol
ur car…14,700? WOW…get rid of that peice of shit and uprgade to a cheaper peice of shit tara:bigok:
/ the dealer. Sell it outright
haha i wonder what he would do if i printed that out and took it to him
