if you get no where talking to them, Tom is the prez
and as for the rental car, theres ALWAYS dealer plates in the locker up front and there is always always always a used car that they send out w/ dealer plates as a makeshift loaner car
said dealer plated used car always goes to the squeeky wheel (despite it being illegal for them to do so)
