ok just to let you people know im not the type of person to screw anyone over. i honestly believed it was just a wiring problem with the car because thats what I"VE been told. when it comes to mechanical shit i dont really know too much i just rather pay someone else to do everything for me so its not like i exactly know what the pronblem is, its just what i was told. the car was towed to 2 different shops in the city and both shops gave me a list of possible problems with the car so i fixed all these problems that got in the way. and about the open valve cover i know nothing about it. i dont do any of the work myself. the timing chain was replaced so maybe thats why the valve cover wad taken off?? and during the swap and cover WAS taken off to access the spark plugs. just remember i paid 8500 for the car all stock with no parts and no sr20 so i wasnt the only person that got screwed.
