Spicy stuff eh? I get like this bout 2 times a year and it lasts for days. I walk outside and my head feels like it,s ten feet above my head and i start to sweat. I have amoxocillin and take stupid day quil and night quil. Any other ideas?:dunno:

i started taking them everyday about 2 years ago when i had mono, havent been sick since unless you count a sore throat that only lasted 2 days at most

Another vote for taking some kind of multi vitamin. I seem to get sick less often since I started taking one. Maybe it’s just psychological but it seems to help.

I get them at the same time every year. It depends on when the seasons change… but it usually spring to summer and fall to winter… meaning feb to may and October to end of November.
My doctor gave me some allergy stuff to spray up my nose but I never got to use it because i found out I was pregnant.
Anyway… go to tyour doctor and ge that stuff… also get tested for allergies… You need to keep the sinus open as much as possible or it turns into a sinus infections whiuch means green boogers and bronchitis and then antibiotics…

i went to the doctor for allergies, he gave me a steroid shot and ive been fine. maybe look into it
