Im calling special treatment BS as well. I think they give all of their customers special treatment, or atleast the feeling. If you’re going to give people “special treatment” because of an internet forum (besides maybe prices) then you suck.

I’ve gotten great treatment from STM and modernautomotiveperformance and neither of them had any idea who i was, never met me before, didn’t know i was on a forum or anything. It’s called having good customer service.

And where else are you going to go for an alignment lol? Im pretty sure everyone has positive reviews about their alignments, and negative about everywhere else.
