sorry man ive been getting bored and frankly i can only put so much spray to it before i turn another set of je piston into scrap metal and since ive been a spray fan for a while now i thought it would be fun to try turbo. been doing alot of research and have just about everything. just gotta find time between working 10 hour days and tryin to get the gfs hail damage done puts a limit on free time :sad
ive been using spray on it for awhile so i wouldnt say its NA paul just figured id try another form of forced induction.
I hear ya. Every day I find free time to work on my car my brother does something stupid to break his car… like over filling the oil by 5qts. :angry2

You shouldnt fill it until the car barely runs and leaves a smoke screen like James phuckin Bonds. When he called me in New Paltz I was like “Im screwed, he blew the head gasket!” Apparently he couldnt see the oil on the dipstick cause I just changed it, and it was clean, so he thought it needed more.
To keep this on topic… Whats new on my brothers car?.. 2 oil changes in less than 500 miles!
that sucks with the price of oil, 5qts of oil is a expensive over fill plus the cost of the damage that occured. Im starting to hate that 7.5 quart moroso pan on the neon. makes for a expensive oil change :headbang

Ive only changed the oil on my Mustang once since I bought in '06. Its been changed twice more when I had work done to it but thats it. 3 oil changes in 2 years.
Maybe if the POS actually ran right Id need to change it more.

i feel your pain paul. :ponder i can remember my oil change that drained # 3and #4 pistons through the oil plug due to someone being greedy with spray and changing rev limited to 8100 :crackup

its not whats new on my car, its whats coming off, my car got a little diet, took all the shit out of the car, took the a/c compressor and the condenser out, egr valve, a.i.r., and a few other useless lines for all the emissions crap, probably dropped 100 pounds in the car.

Ive still got the egr (no sense in removing it) and the ac (it used to work) but the smog shit is long gone
in the coming weeks ill have something new… as of right now… nothing. nothing at all.
