why go thru the trouble of getting a permit to get rid of oil when any garage or store that sells oil is required to take waste oil?
when i owned my place in rotterdam, i used to just bring my fryer oil over and dump it behind your house.
Because I had a good amount plus other things like paint and such to get rid of too. And my dad went through all the legwork of getting the permit I just tagged along with all my junk too lol.

any quick lube place has to take waste coolant and oil. DEC requires it.
